We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or other issues are suspected.

DSTRNG reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. DSTRNG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Replacements

Because all products are printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details. Replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All artwork, designs, graphics, logos, branding, text, images, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of DSTRNG and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
